Priority Management
Discover the importance of having a specific focus to fill your daily tasks with only things that impact the goal. Learn about the 4 quadrants of priority management and how to chunk out your ABC priorities. Participants leave with a breakdown of year end goals and how to fill their agenda with items that hit the goal.
We will dive into the idea of working smarter not harder to drive results.
You will be given:
1) The fundamental tools of Priority Management
2) A proven system to build your yearly goals into your daily tasks
3) A 60 day plan that will drive results in your business
This 1.5hr seminar is open to everyone but trades and home-based services will greatly benefit from this as Danny's past experience will draw on several relevant examples and tips.
