Description
A workshop for girls ages 9-14, presented in the format of “big sister mentorship” – a trusting, safe space that enables girls to thrive through discussion and education. Explore and discover - media, social media, relationships, periods, bras, shaving, self expression, friends and fun. Reveal the incredible wisdom of our bodies - learn about moon cycles and menstruation and how to move through life confidently and in accordance with our unique selves. This is an inclusive workshop.
