Social media is a powerful (and not to mention FREE) tool that can be used to promote to, engage with, and learn about your customers. Social media and PR Coordinator for Jelly Digital Marketing & PR, Jessica MacLeod, explains how to find the right combination of platforms, tools, content, and creativity, that will provide maximum ROI.
